'This is a really nice place - but very large which also means lots of people. They have lots of free amenities that most hotels don't offer - free dinner, free drinks, free breakfast, free parking, free popcorn. Indoor pool and hot tub. There are also lots of cute little patios to sit on. The hotel was great and staff was awesome but there were just so many people that it was difficult to even take advantage of any of the great amenities. 'The room was spacious and equipped like a studio apartment. The fitness center had a variety of equipment and some floor space for movement or ab work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again.'

'Check-in was normal. We were on the ground floor next to an entry door that slammed. Every time someone went through the door, it woke us up. It was on the hinge backward and after talking to the front desk staff a couple times, one of them finally came out and just propped the door open so we could hopefully get some sleep the second night. Someone else moved the prop so I put a rock in front of it in the middle of the night. We asked the manager for a discount ant check-out and we got 10% off....

'Hot tub didn’t work so we basically had a bubble free bath. Ask housekeeping to Not service room of 2 night stay. They went into room anyway when we were gone. Morning of check out, housekeeping came into room without knocking, even though we had sign on door that we weren’t ready, nor had we checked out yet. They almost caught me changing my clothes. No apology just shut door and went about their business on the next room.'

'We were happy with the room. It was large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were in town for a concert at Paycor Stadium. It was close enough for a 20 minute lyft ride to and from the stadium. My only disappointment was I wish the breakfast buffet would have been open until 10 am. Our concert wasn't over until after midnight and by the time we made it back to the hotel and settled in for the night it was after 2 am. Would have been nice to have tried...

'Hotel was very nice but the room walls are paper thin. Heard complete conversation with women across the hall talking about family issues and then there was clawing within the walls. Got 0 sleep for my early morning flight'

'Front desk guy was nice. Room was not clean enough and was in bad shape. Weird smell when we entered, which we later found out was an uncleaned microwave that was SUPER greasy to the touch. I travel with disinfecting wipes, so was able to resolve myself. Mirror in bathroom had obviously not been cleaned (splatters all over it). Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine. Air conditioning worked. Broken tile in bathroom. Door wouldn't latch properly (but they DID fix it promptly). Definitively the...
