'I want to start with the good because it really was a lovely experience most of the stay. Clint is an excellent host, was very responsive and helpful with every little question we had. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The river was quiet and serene. There was minimal clean up requested for the checkout as well. Just a forewarning, we had an awful run in with the neighbor. She was very aggressive and mean. She clearly does not care for this property being a rental. Weather...

'Overall pretty good. It might be time to replace some towels and bedding. Things are looking worn. Everything works, but it feels a little tired. We were there a couple years ago at the same time of year. The river is still beautiful and the house is just a short, scenic drive from Amish sh Country. '

'Was a very nice place. Cozy, we loved it. The hot tub was perfect! It is a pretty rural area and lots of high incline hills, just to be aware of if there is inclement weather! Would recommend. My family and I loved staying here '

'Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. '

'We had a really nice stay. The house was clean and smelled nice. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and kitchen utensils provided. Decorated so nicely for fall.Loved the big dining room table for crafts. Hot tub was filled with plenty of water and definitely hot. Grille was nice to have, made steaks.The only thing I did not like was how close to the road the house is. I took my dogs and couldn’t let them run.
