'Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation'

'The bedding at spots on it also did the towels, there was sticky stuff on the tables and half the plugs didn’t work, we did not once comeplane about anything and that was our mistake. Also it was never mentioned that they was remolding the hotel on any website so be ready to be woken up by load beeping and banging and eveything else at 730. My mistake for not taking pictures of everything in the room prior to sitting, touching or anything before you take pictures of everything towels, bedding,...

'Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.'

'The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though. You can tell they have tried to renovate the rooms but the work is...
