'Very clean, rooms are super nice, gym is beyond superb. Crowded area but this hotel is a fantastic value for what you get. Will stay again when I’m in Columbus.'

'I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!'

'Place was great for kids they don’t have a bar but they do have a cocktail hour that provides 3 free drinks during dinner time that was nice 👍'

'I had an incident with this hotel. There was no power and had 3 kids with. I had to get around for archery tournament in the dark. Expedia helped me locate. The front desk acknowledged my leaving and assured me it was going to be taken care and Expedia reached out in an email. My card was still charged full amount for two days. Over a week later I am still waiting for them to refund me or even send me an acknowledgment of this, corporate has helped me but I am still waiting to hear from the...

'Net en fijn hotel. Zoals aangegeven iets kleins bij de koffie sochtens geen uitgebreid ontbijt maar dit staat ook aangegeven. Alles was netjes en schoon en tussen door ook nog alles schoongemaakt en verschoont dit vroegen zij zelf of ik dit wou. Prima om een paar dagen te overnachten als je zelf gewoon op pad gaat. '
