I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. 'Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.'

The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. 'The hotel is off the highway which upon booking doesn’t really describe the location. The staff was ok. The property from the outside looks decent only because they probably remodelled the hotel. Otherwise, the floors and carpet in the lobby not clean. The elevators were old. The rooms are dated and the carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained. The bathroom was not clean at all from the sink being rusted and mold around the corners on the floor.'
