The Neighborhood:
THE AREA
This apartment is located in La Veleta, the trendy south Tulum district. Easily reached by a short bike ride and a nice walk from Tulum downtown. You will be 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful cenotes and less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. The newly opened beach road, Av. Kukulkan, is right around the corner and will bring you to the sea in 10 minutes by car or 25 by bike. You will stay in a fashion developing area, close to a wide variety of excellent cuisine restaurants and bars. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. PARKING
There is free street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Akumal to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
