The Space:

Located in a quiet and safe area, this urban oasis offers a unique experience for those looking to relax and enjoy all that Tulum has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



For now, the master bedroom does not have air conditioning.

The apartment is ready for self check-in, but you will always be in contact with our friendly staff!



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
