'Great place'

'Staff was cordial, helpful and friendly. Linens and bedding was clean. Some stains on pillows and comforter. We were just too tired to deal with that'

'The owner was extremely rude to us upon arrival, so we canceled. Will never return.'

'The breakfast was adequate the pool and the hot tub we're good temperature was okay the room was clean the only issue we did have was the jetted tub that was in the room was actually dirty or when we turn the water on and have the Jets on there was a lot of stuff floating in the water'

'Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now.'

'Parking was adequate and room was clean. Had a little trouble getting the tissues out of the box.'
