'The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. 'The staf working at the Runway is really nice and helpful. However, the room is super noisy. The walls must be paper thin, since the sound from the bar and the traffic are really loud. Had to sleep with earplugs. Would not recommend this hotel'

'There is no restaurant or bar on the property as advertised. The location is horrible, there is no convenience nearby, their shuttle service is not a vehicle advertised as CROWN hotel . I spent one night and checked out the next day on what was supposed to be a three night stay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.'

'Amazing experience and the best customer service on island'

'Goed verblijf, doch minder goede internetverbinding'

'The swimming pool is still not finished after opening (5 years). Rooms are not international standard. Showers are great, WIFI as well. Management is very inflexible. if you arrive at 1 pm and the room is free you official should wait till 3 pm. Water is only given 1 time although you stay longer than 1 night. Mattresses getting old as there is in some rooms a hole. Only reason to stay is the airport as the shuttle is excellent compare to Holiday in Express. '

They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the...
