"I booked and reserved a room at the property through Hotels.com. When I got there, two police vehicles were parked in the front. The reception staff took much time to attend to guests. When it came to my turn, she simply said there no clean rooms available. I had to go get another hotel."

"Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look ..."
