« The room was clean and very well equipped. This is not a hotel per se. More of an air b&b type room. Our only issue was the location. The neighborhood was safe & nice but not the area displayed on the map. We were about a 30 minute walk from where we expected to be staying. »

« This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station.
The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that.
Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon!

« No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it.
Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in.

« The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. »

« 巣鴨駅から近く、周辺でご飯を食べたり買い物したりして、そのまますぐ戻れて便利でした。
近くに温泉施設もあって、ゆっくりできたのも良かったです。
お部屋は清潔で、必要なものは一通りそろっていて快適に過ごせました。
チェックインの案内も分かりやすく、ホストの方との連絡もスムーズで安心して滞在できました。

« Our stay at the DEL style Ikebukuro was amazing! The staff was super sweet and helpful, they always had an answer to our questions and found ways to accommodate us. They even landed us umbrellas on the first day when it was pouring and we hadn’t brought our own! The hotel is clean and modern. « 客室は清潔で、入浴も快適に行えた（浴室の暖房が役立った）
普通のマンションの一室に宿泊すると考えるなら、ほとんど不満らしいところはない
だから、以下は「強いて問題点を挙げるなら」の不満となる
・四階建てだがエレベーターがない、そのため旅行者がスーツケースを上まで運ぶには、それなりの労力がかかる
・安全上の問題もあって窓が大きく開かないので、換気がスムーズでない
・浴室の外に足拭きマットがない
・トイレの便器のすぐ目の前に壁があるので、ちょっと狭さを感じる
・寝室にしか置く場所がなかったのだろうが、ゴミ箱とベッド、テーブルで空間がいっぱいになってしまう
・駅から結構遠い
・かなりの狭さではある
ただ、これらの問題があっても利用したのは適切だったと感じている »
