Beaches within walking distance include Babbacombe beach with its jetty and wildlife, Oddicombe beach with its café and watersports, and the unspoilt gem of Anstey’s Cove. A wide selection of cafés, restaurants and bars and Babbacombe Theatre can be found within a very short walk of the cottage. A 10-minute drive or bus ride away is the seaside resort town of Torquay, with its harbour providing water activities, plenty of shops and restaurants, the English Riviera Wheel, and the Princess Theatre.
