The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual. 'Very warm welcome. Friendly staff. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Location is convenient near the highway. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was good. Breakfast was good with all the necessary things. Very good coffee. Parking is easy and plenty on site. '

'It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. 'I find it interesting that the daily rate fluctuates from day to day. The taxes is supposed to be made out to be the “norm” everywhere you go, but it’s ridiculous. A “MAT” charge on top of everything too!? The tiles in our washroom from the moment we walked in spilled water under our feet, when walked on. There is water under the tiles from the previous guests. 'I was told I was able to check out at 1pm and then received a call at 12:30 pm and that my late check out was up until 12. I had confirmed twice prior to that My extended checkout till 1pm would was guaranteed and that I would not be charged. They confirmed. Upon checking out them at 12:30 I was not provided a final bill to confirm no additional charges to my room.'

'Clean room, and very comfortable bed. Curtains didn't close completely so not blacked out, one elevator wasn't working, the other elevator door only opened half way. Staff was competent but cold. The breakfast that was included comprised of cookies, bagels, & toast and that's about it. The coffee..not so good. The price was right, rooms were clean, a/c nice and cold. '

'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'
