'Lovely large hotel rooms in a quiet neighborhood. They have plenty of outlets at the bedsides. Robes & slippers provided. Bathroom lovely with well appointed toiletry products. Very clean. Water, tea and coffee machine (Nespresso) provided in room. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. I needed to extend my stay and they were able to help me. Restaurant and bar at the hotel is also very nice, good food, clean and staff is friendly and accommodating.'

'We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. 'Hotel is oud en heeft duidelijk onderhoud nodig. Personeel kan ook onderhoud gebruiken. Ze zijn niet vriendelijk en ook niet erg behulpzaam '

'Very warm welcome. Friendly staff. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Location is convenient near the highway. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was good. Breakfast was good with all the necessary things. Very good coffee. Parking is easy and plenty on site. '

'The first room we were assigned had 3 fans trying to dry out he carpet. The complementary breakfast is toast and bagels, if you want anything else you have to pay for it. The dinning area was dirty and they had insufficient staff to clean the tables.'

'Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away'
