'This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! 'We had a wonderful time plenty of space and lots of stuff to do. All four couples had their own space. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The only things that I would recommend is for the owners to get some new pots and pans. The front door is very very hard to get in, the house is set at 75 when we walked in which is wayyy to hot for these summer months and it took a few hours to cool it down and they need a few more fans in the house for super hot days.
