  • My room is in the center of Toshima Ward.Convenient transportation around, you can go anywhere.A 6-minute walk from the room to the nearest station, Kanamecho Station.There is a parking lot.Sleeps up to 10 people.Sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases will be replaced with new ones at each booking.The kitchen has everything from basic cooking utensils to refrigerators, washing machines, electric kettles, dryers, air conditioners, pocket WIFI, microwaves, and cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates).In addition to eating out, you can enjoy cooking with family and friends.All equipment in the room is free to use.We have almost everything you need for your life.In the bathroom, we prepared body soap, shampoo, dryer, towel & bath towel.Please enjoy the bath slowly.Tableware, kitchen utensils and condiments, children's dishes and baby chairs are available.Strollers are available.

Once we found the place and got it heated to a desirable temperature, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I personally found all the spices & sauces & cooking oils (mostly Chinese) left on the kitchen counter a little too much. The place was clean and spacious for the 4 adults and one toddler. Furniture, dishes and toys for the 2 year old was very comforting and useful. The location was also very convenient. From Kanamecho, Ikebukuro was walking distance and so much wonderful shopping in Ikebukuro & Sunshine City. The park right around the corner from the house was a hit with my granddaughter. Other than the bathroom door jamming, our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Perfect stay for family

Wonderful location near the train station with everything easy to travel via the metro. We would stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. We loved the house and the quieter area. The house had everything we needed to have a comfortable trip.

Nestled in Tokyo

Our family really enjoyed this house and location. Plenty of living space (a rare commodity in Tokyo), close to Kanamecho metro station, easy walk to convenience and grocery stores. Owner very responsive. Hope we can stay again!

Great location about a mile from the major station but closer to the subway. We were able to walk or hope on a train to get to some wonderful restaurants. A 7-11 was close by for coffee and water. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable

Clean, convenient, well maintained

This was our first visit to Japan/Tokyo. We arrived early, and the host was very accommodating to allow us to drop off our baggage while the property was being prepared and while we explored the city. This property worked very well for our family as we explored Tokyo. Very convenient location to the Kanamecho station of the Tokyo Metro, as well as a 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart for convenience shopping. Nice neighborhood, clean house. Our only complaint was that the directions we initially received were not correct, and we got nervous as our check-in time got closer and we still weren't exactly sure where we were to go. However, it all worked out in the end, and we found the house in time for our arrival. I would definitely recommend this rental house to anyone.

Great location and wonderful property!

We booked this last minute after an issue at another property. The host was super responsive and even with a language barrier we were able to work things out. My big complaint is with VRBO and their app - it's not great. This review reflects the property itself. It's large for Tokyo and nicely situated with lots of room. (We were 5 people). Internet was very fast and worked well throughout the house. The washer worked well and hanging clothes to dry worked with the space and tools provided. Everything for showers was provided, plenty of hot water (1 shower / bath only) as well. A/C worked great and was a welcome relief to the hot days! Beds we comfortable as were the sheets and blankets provided. Kitchen is also nicely appointed with a fridge and all other appliances you may need. Plenty of seating for eating the kitchen as well. The location is about an 8 minute walk from the station. There's lots of restaurant/take out options nearby and a 7-11 around the corner. The neighborhood is mostly quiet (some kids in the evening, but just what you'd expect from young children) and not much car traffic. There's no "here's how to work things in the VRBO or information about the internet" all of that comes from the host via text. I recommend they add that just to make the process a bit easier in the future.
