« We had a wonderful stay in this condo!! It was very clean, cozy, and the views are amazing. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The owner responded right away and was even able to accommodate an early check-in for us. We look forward to staying here again in the future! »

« Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back. »

« Highly recommend staying at this property. -Check-in and check-out are a breeze. -Parking is close to the door. -Amazing view with a good sized balcony. -Large family room with big TV.-Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils.and last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and very amenable. Probably the best hosts I've encountered in 10 years of vacation rentals. »

« Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended. »

« 50th birthday getaway. Condo was great . Quiet, and everything you need for a great stay. »

« Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer. »

« Our stay here was perfect. Being right on the beach, we walked down the beach to the pier for dinner. We were 15 minutes from Kelly Park where we did kayaking and got to see a night rocket launch step away from the condo on the beach. Our teens played beach volleyball at the pier and enjoyed the ocean. »

« We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back! »

« This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the...
