The property is near the top of the hill which gives you fantastic views of Caleta de Fuste from the roof terrace. We walked down to Caleta each day which took us about 40 mins but you might be able to do quicker. 'We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! 'Total sauber und gemütlich. Kleiner Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht 200m entfernt. Grundausstattung für die ersten Tage wird im Haus zur Verfügung gestellt, und ein kleines Willkommenspaket ist auch dabei. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder.'
