Plenty of space for our family of 4 and pup, a Roku tv to keep the littles entertained while we were there, a nice sandy area around back with sand toys and a fire pit (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use this time), quick access to basically all of Rockaway, comfy beds, the list goes on. 'Threshold came off along with the door sweep. Hole in wall in bathroom. The whole place sloped badly! Futon almost broke. Seriously should not rent that unit! Bad experience. And I have rented VRBO units before.'

'Heater was broken, freezing cold in the house. There was only one heater in the main living roof. Humidity made our towels and beds damp. Bathroom did not shut all the way because of humidity. The shower hot water only last for about 1 person at a time. Very Slow Internet we couldn’t get the tv to load any streaming app. Parking and location was beach accessible. We had to get in contact with Expedia for them to swap our room to unit 5. It was a big difference with the heater actually...
