-A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.

-Please note that the property does not have an elevator. Access to the condo requires using stairs.

-The condo features radiant floor heating, along with additional space heaters to keep you comfortable during cooler weather. Please note that the unit does not have air conditioning.

-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

-Parking is available for one vehicle, and a damage waiver fee is included in the total cost of your reservation, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents.
