'This was our second stay. Hope to stay again. Good location. Good amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Well supplied with necessities. I apologize I forgot to start the dishwasher on the day we departed. But did get laundry started. '

Plenty of space for our family of 4 and pup, a Roku tv to keep the littles entertained while we were there, a nice sandy area around back with sand toys and a fire pit (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use this time), quick access to basically all of Rockaway, comfy beds, the list goes on. This unit is up a single story staircase, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for somebody that struggles with stairs. Literally the only thing that...

'Threshold came off along with the door sweep. Hole in wall in bathroom. The whole place sloped badly! Futon almost broke. Seriously should not rent that unit! Bad experience. And I have rented VRBO units before.'

'It was great, staying here allowed us to have a relaxing weekend. Really close to the beach. Walked every evening. Very close to good food. Beautiful view for evening sun sets. '
