Flats in Rockaway Beach

'Regarding the free breakfast, the egg sandwich was better than the burrito. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The shower at the pool did not have warm water and there was a sign saying we were supposed to shower before swimming...We had a nice quiet room except that the air conditioner is a little noisy each time it comes on during the night. Earplugs helped some. Overall a very nice stay and would stay there again.'

'Be prepared to not be able to check in until past 4 which is a pain when there are plans and the town closes at 5. And the staff doesn’t seem to care and it seems normal. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell which never goes away. I wish we had a better experience.'

'I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again.'

'We loved our room, exceptionally clean rooms and property, including beautiful outdoor area. Cookies and taffy upon checking was a nice touch. Beach chairs, towels, and blankets available to use at beach at no charge if available (first come, first served). Breakfast was standard hotel food, lots of options. Really nice to have a food market and beach access within a five minute walk.'
