« The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. »

« The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. It’s not fancy but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is across the street from the beach and can easily walk to restaurants, etc. Also, communication with host is easy thru text. Checkin instructions were emailed with the code and the checkout instructions were simple. Highly recommend. »

« We had a really nice stay here. It is on the secind floor, no elevators, so keep that in mind. The view is incredible. All the amenities you could need. I do think the kitchen could use a couple serving trays/charcuterie boards, but otherwise we had the basics. We did go out and get ziplocks and such. The bathroons are nice and big. There was a crack on the main bathroom seat, so that was kind of a pain (literally lol) We just put TP on it so our skin didn't get pinched The front room tv...
