Top (14th) floor of Calafia Condo Tower 1. Floor to ceiling glass walls throughout the entire penthouse make for incredible views of the ocean/coastline from the balcony, living room, master bedroom, kitchen & loft. ENTIRE penthouse has electric shades that come down at the touch of a button.

10 minute drive/uber to Papas & Beer or Puerto Nuevo-close to all the action but far enough to relax if you like.

One of my favorite parts of this place is sitting on the patio and seeing dolphins with my morning coffee or enjoying my evening beer over the fireplace. This is the only place in the entire resort with a loft.

You have access to 1 infinity pool, 1 standard pool, multiple hot tubs, game room, fitness center and a private beach (60 second walk from the bottom of the tower). All things you can enjoy without ever leaving the resort.

1 covered parking spot directly next to the elevator that leads to the Penthouse.

Need some shade? Electric shades throughout the entire place go up or down at the touch of a button. Electric blackout curtains in the master bedroom.
