'I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were feces smeared across the counter, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The shower handle was also broken, making it difficult to use. There was no air conditioning in the room, and when we tried to open the windows for ventilation, they were missing the screens/springs. I reserved a room with ocean view but they have an event with a tent in front of the room’s window. I think they need a renovation for the installations , the gardens, the rooms , the parking … Not recommended. '

'La propiedad está muy limpia la ubicación está muy bien el único problema que estoy viendo y no es la primera vez que yo me quedo en ese HOTEL son muchas veces y últimamente más seguido en las habitaciones confort los baños son horribles pésimos el Tanquesito de agua para limpiar la sociedad es insuficiente totalmente no se va a la sociedad. Tienes que quedarte ahí y hacerle Flash como unas cinco veces para que medio se vaya. Entonces ese es un problema totalmente y son de todos los cuartos...

'This hotel has potencial nice property especially the penthouse side, which has it’s own pool area and jacuzzi. Very beautiful, but they need to clean the pool, other than that nice place to lounge,This hotel has a problem with their cleaning staff and keeping up to date with the property. We stayed 3 nights at the garden penthouse, which had an out side private patio,which we were looking forward in enjoying. Room was nice with comfortable living room section,beds were comfortable.
