Flats in Tijuana

'Our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, communication, and guest-readiness concerns.We received conflicting information from the owner and management regarding check-in and check-out. We were also surprised when an unidentified woman entered the property using her own access code without knocking or announcing herself. It took several hours for management to clarify who she was.The home did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Linen, dishes, silverware, countertops,...

'The condo worked great for our needs; there were 4 of us, including 2 adults in their late 80’s. The rooms and bathrooms and full kitchen and living room were nice and the elevator made it nice.My only issue was communicating with the host. I requested a few times that he communicate with my boyfriend as he will be taking over as far as the reservation, location and such. He is Mexican and speaks Spanish; we are in Tijuana! Since he would be driving and the one to make all arrangements past...
