'Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!'

The check-in process was also flawless with a lock box allowing us to arrive when it was convenient. He provided extras that we all appreciated: drinks, coffee, fresh filtered water, food, cooking oils and condiments. The apartment was immaculate and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We could walk around the corner for meals to a very safe area of New Haven and putter...

'The overall stay was fine once we got in and cooled he place. Beds and linens were nice, it was clean, and we slept well. The check-in was challenging in a few ways. The initial entrance to the building had side by side driveways with another set of apartments, with the chosen lane on the left, and that could've been shared up front. Then the building did not have an elevator and dragging suitcases up the stairs was unexpected. Upon entering, there was no AC on, but we got them on and...

'The property was as described. It was verry clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Just no it is a third floor walk up which wasnt an issue for us but just something to be aware of. '
