J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a refusé de me remettre...

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'Overall, the facilities was very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They just did not clean my rooms every other day. No vacuum, no bringing me any of the towels or washcloths. As x I had to get them myself from the front desk, I had to enter my own trash and take it to the dumpster other than that, my stay was amazing.The food yes wonderful thank you'

'Genuinely not sure why the price is expensive here. My girlfriend was stuck in the shower due to the door not open/ close properly, no microwave(anywhere in the building, so don’t bring left overs), a lukewarm fridge, no complimentary water, no pool, breakfast not included, and a daily parking fee to top it off. I always book with the Marriott family but this is by far the most under whelming experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely wanted to cancel my stay and go to the Hilton. Will never return.'

'Every thing was great no complaints at all place was clean staff was nice no issues with my room at all I recommend this location at all times. Breakfast was great'

'TV turned on for about 3 minutes, then it quit working. Garbage and litter all over the parking lot. People in the next room were sitting outside till the wee hours of the morning hollering and kids screaming. Couldn’t sleep'
