After over an hour we were finally given a room but were told to knock in case someone was in there! The rooms were clean and spacious, but probably would not stay again.'

'I stay at this location from time to time when I am in town for work. Responsiveness of staff via the after hours kiosk has improved with each stay. The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night. 'The room was not as pictured in the room selection. The kitchenette was missing. The room was filthy. The couch was filthy. Didnt dare sit on it. There was blood or something on the wall in the bathroom. The hallways wreaked of smoke from cigarettes and weed which some of it had leaked into the room since the door was not sealed. I had a hard time believing I was in a Microtel.'

'I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I was not informed in advance that construction was taking place, which significantly affected the ambiance and overall experience. There was also a noticeable odor throughout the facility that made the environment uncomfortable. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor directly above what appeared to be active work or maintenance on the fourth floor, resulting in ongoing noise throughout the day.
