I’ve always wanted more from a short term rental; more comfort, more intention, more of that effortless “I could stay here” feeling. So when I created my own space, I designed and furnished it exactly the way I always wished a rental would look and feel. Every detail reflects the kind of experience I used to search for but rarely found.

The Harmony is on beautiful Union Street and places you a 20 minute walk from Downtown Concord restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural spots. The Harmony is also driving distance to breweries, Gibson Mill Antiques Mall, thriving Kannapolis, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mills, and Uptown Charlotte.

• Two primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and room darkening curtains.
• One bedroom features a split king that can convert into two XL twin beds upon request.
• High quality mattresses, premium pillows, and luxury bedding for deep, restorative sleep.
• Clothes hangers and two luggage racks in each bedroom as well as an iron and ironing board in one of the primary master bedroom closets.

Dining & Entertainment:
• Outdoor covered dining with a dining table, six chairs, and a smart TV
• Fire pit with four rocking chairs
• Gas BBQ grill and utensils
• Cornhole for outdoor fun
• Indoors, start your day in the sun‑filled sunroom, a peaceful space for reading, sipping coffee, or simply enjoying the natural light.

Located in the sunroom is a dedicated workspace. Wireless internet available.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
My home includes crockery, utensils, pots & pans, baking sheets/trays, a crockpot, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a kettle, a Ninja Professional blender, toaster, microwave oven, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet your cooking needs.

Bathroom with Walk-in Shower:
The bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, hand and bath towels, hair towels, washcloths, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel. Two hairdryers, a curling iron, and flat iron are also provided for your convenience.

Entertainment:
Our property includes two smart TV’s; one in the living room and one in the covered al fresco dining area. The living room TV comes with Roku® and is set up so that you are able to log-in to your preferred streaming services. There are also board games, books, and corn hole.

Parking:
The property includes a private driveway suitable for 2-3 cars.
