'The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When...

'I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people. '

'We have stayed at other Quality Inns, this one was by far the nicest one.. some of them are literally "no tell motels" this one was definitel not.. the room was modern, clean, with miminul noise.. it was like a sample room.. the sheets where clean and white, the bed really did have a very comfortable pillow top.. the walls looked freshly painted.. the bathroom was spotless.. the people at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.. will be our go to the next time we are in the area.'

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
