'This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken. Unfortunately we didn’t switch because I felt like the others would’ve been similar and we had a party to get to immediately upon check in, so there was no time for us to...

'Property was clean and well located. Breakfast supplies were reasonable but not amazing. They didn’t have salt for breakfast- and didn’t seem concerned about lack of salt shakers (they had two pepper shakers - but a trip to dollar store to buy salt seemed in order). Saw another guest complaining that their bathroom lacked a shower curtain. Front desk couldn’t point to hotel location on tourist map for me so that I could get my bearings - thank goodness for phone map!'
