B&B in The Lizard

'Loved this B&B - the room (Langley) was clean and big, and had everything you need. There was a cafetiere for the coffee which I genuinely don't know that I've ever had in a hotel before, and really liked. There's UHT milk in the room and fresh milk and cold water in a fridge in the guest lounge (as well as bags of ice that I somehow missed until the last night, don't miss the ice). If I had a single negative about the room it would be that the headboard or bed frame creaks really loudly when...

'Clean, helpful and friendly hosts who knew my name. A great breakfast included with even freshly carved ham. No air conditioning but based on probability not a great issue. No fridge. They should highlight the close availability of public transport to and from St Ives where it is impossible to get a parking spot.'

'Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. '

'We had an amazing stay at the loft, the scones, jam & cream was such a thoughtful touch to our stay! We really enjoyed the variety of breakfast items available from yoghurt, pastries and cereal etc. the views were stunning and we loved enjoying our breakfast on the terrace watching the horses and rabbits in the field. Wish we stayed here for longer, I really want to come back'

'Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!'

'We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay with Hannah and Andy. Our room Was sparkly clean, very well equipped with all you expect from a classic bed and breakfast. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We felt very warm hospitality from the hosts. Hopefully will stay there again when we go to Cornwall.'
