They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

'Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties '

'A tired and run down motel with basic facilities. Trucks using their exhaust brakes coming down the hill were fairly noisy. '

'CABN Hahndorf is a beautiful concept and offers a peaceful escape in the Adelaide Hills. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, private, and perfect for a short digital-detox style getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was fantastic, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and good quality—although the cabin bed could have been a little warmer, especially on cooler nights. 'the room was comfortable enough. no table and chairs to sit at to eat. bed over soft. no towel rails in bathroom. rooms only serviced once a week!'

'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '

'Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well. The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it. Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it. Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. '
