'We stayed at the hotel for three nights and loved the location—just outside the North End, making it easy to walk to great restaurants and sights. The rooms were spacious, modern, and felt brand new, with beautiful wood floors and a large bathroom. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!'

'Room and bathroom were clean. The lobby was clean and the service was great. The hallways on the floors felt a little dated with the carpet, slight musty smell, and the warmth. 'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
