'Incredible views, location, breakfast and room! All of the staff were so helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer eye masks for the bright sun that comes in off the water in the morning. The location right on the Harbor was perfect. I never wanted to leave my balcony. We opted to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning because it was so delicious. French toast and omelettes! This was truly a boutique hotel experience. '

'We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent'

'Of late courtyards are best average properties. People are nice but I think this chain of properties lost its sheen. Just getting a cup of coffee is a challenge in these locations'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'

All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. 'Goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik was daar voor het marathonweekend en de locatie kan dan haast niet beter. Direct tegenover de kledingafgifte en in de veiligheidszone. Daardoor wel aan de dure kant, maar volledig in lijn met de andere hotels in die periode en die locatie. Wel kwam er wat straatgeluid de kamer in. Niet overdreven hinderlijk, maar wel aanwezig. Ik heb mij laten vertellen dat de ramen niet vervangen mochten worden in verband met de monumentale status van het...
