'Nice staff'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'I checked in late night and didn’t know there was an intercom by the revolving door (no instructions about that although I messaged the property about my late check in). Downloaded the citizenM app which did nothing and only added more confusion. I was able to go in with another person who tapped their card on the door. Otherwise the staff were kind and accommodating when I arrived at the front desk. The cost of my stay was really expensive but I would say less compare to other hotels around....

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Prima verblijf op een goede locatie. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, waardoor we zo over de jetlag heen waren. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was goed. Enige jammere was dat er geen ontbijt was en dat het restaurant dat er was vrij prijzig was. '

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
