'This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is...

When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation....

'Had 2 queen rooms for our family of 6. Location is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shopping, without the craziness of being downtown. The harbor is a short drive away. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, A+ ! breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel and we would come back again.'
