'Stayed two nights while visiting Portland. It’s conveniently located near highways and interstates. Room was good, clean and came with all necessities. Breakfast was okay, enough to get the day started. '

'I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

'This was a great hotel: breakfast prepared in the restaurant, great restaurant in front of the hotel, and shopping are at walking distance.'

'Booked one night due to an early morning road race. Around 2:00 a.m., we were woken by loud banging and screaming in the hallway. Someone was repeatedly banging on our door, and the police had to come to remove people who were causing a disturbance outside our room. The situation lasted for nearly two hours, making it impossible to sleep. What was most disappointing was that no one from the hotel acknowledged the incident or checked in with us the following morning.'

'everything was gross, from the stained bedding with weird black flakes to the nasty odor coming from the AC. food smeared on the carpets in the hallways and dirt and debris piling in the elevator. Staff were pleasant.'

'Great location. Friendly staff. The room was a little dirty but not terrible. The biggest issue was the air conditioner unit. It was FILLED with dust and looked like there was mold in it. I developed a sore throat from sleeping underneath it and was shocked when I saw it. It need to be replaced ASAP and checked more frequently.'

'All was great, except the drain in the tub was clogged. Full studio was nice and clean.'

'The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.'

'Embassy Suites is a perfect spot near the PWM. Great breakfast with everything you could imagine! Airport shuttle literally takes minutes. Very convenient stay!'

'It’s located in a busy, noisy area…. The police had a guy stopped in the parking lot and ha 3 cruisers blocking the entrance while they arrested him. There were dirty towels left hanging on the shower curtain bar….. bed was decent. Breakfast was shy on selection but the coffee was ok.'
