'Beautiful and clean cottage'

'We had a great time for our first time as a family experiencing a cottage holiday at Earl and Linda’s. From first contact Earl was eager to make our 2 weeks a success! And it was. This cottage is just like described, a wonderful place to gather. So well stocked, beyond expectations! Showed us around upon arrival and easily reached with any questions. Highly recommend staying here. So much to do in the area. Many thanks from all of us. '

'The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would...

'Location was superb, we loved all of the water toys. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. Short drive into Gravenhurst. We had a ton of fun! '

'The cottage and property were both very nice. There were more items in the house than I expected, many appliances and cookware that were helpful in the kitchen, puzzles, cleaning products, etc.'

'Overall good! Only a few issues that came up. When we arrived the cottage floor was not well cleaned. The carpet had chips from the previous users. We also had a heavy rain which caused a washout of the driveway leaving a heavy crevice in the road. The owners of the cottage were not responsive to this issue. The waterfront was wonderful though and we overall had a good week. '

'Great quiet location away from the city. Cute little cottage - enough for a couple. Close to small town of Bala. Only issue was the heat in the living area. Need more heaters and blinds in the living room. '

'This cottage had everything we needed to have a quick weekend getaway. The dock is beautiful, and the water was warm. The cottage is private and very beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed for our meals. Would highly recommend this cottage. '

'Loved this rustic boat house cottage in a quiet bay of Lake Rosseau - shallow water, great for swimming, can catch fish off the dock and comfy beds. Owner is very responsive and friendly - with lots of local knowledge. '
