'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'The room was ok,Great location. It was only 8 minute walk to the ballpark and right on the edge of the gaslamp quater. I did like the fact that it had a kitchenette with a large fridge and that made it convenient for drinks and snacks. It also had a small stove top but I could only imagine what the room would be like if someone fried food or made something smelly in the room. I thought it was kind of strange in that area. It was kind of noisy on the street outside, sounded like cars racing....

'The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. In the immediate surrounding area outside the front doors there are a lot of homeless back in forth and no joke one was literally swinging an axe at a light pole. I'm...

'Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Very close to the San Diego convention center (I was there for a graduation). The valet could use some help though. The process was confusing for check out and when I went to pick up my car. The valet at the time were rude saying I should have been given a ticket to pick up my car, but I was never given a ticket dying valet check in. I may not be back even though I used to brag to everyone about this hotel and amenities'

'The property is clean, well maintained, has free hot breakfast, has a lovely little bar with tasty bar food and the best bartender ever: Charlie. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in several hours early after the staff realized we’d been up since 3 am for an early flight. 'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'
