'Really a gross joint couldn’t have my family stay there'

'They've undergone a reno since my last stay several years ago. The rooms were fine, the breakfast less so (except the coffee was good). Mostly lackadaisical staff. Located near lots of food places.'

'The room and grounds were very clean. Very “sterile” feeling though. The room was huge but it echoed every single noise!! You need your room key the get past the front desk and there are signs at every parking space that say “park at your own risk” which makes me think there are issues with safety. I didn’t have any issues nor did the neighborhood seem sketchy but it did put me on alert as I was traveling alone. There are lots of places to eat nearby that are walkable as well.'

'I reserved a room on June 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they were full and could not honor my reservation. I was turned away. They told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I needed to contact OYO Hotel for my refund. Back and forth we went for 6 weeks. No resolution. The OYO hotel manager said, "It's been forwarded to management." 'Staff and facility were great. We even forgot to bring our box fan and they had one we could borrow. Breakfast was decent but I think it’s because we went down there before close.'
