'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'Beautiful place, bit of the main road surrounded by forest. Great view of the volcano from the pool. Room was clean and good. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful outside terrace. '

'The location was great- in between the Fortuna waterfall and Mistico park, with the town with restaurants/shops close by as well. We had plenty on room for our family of 4. There was a nice outdoor patio from which we saw a toucan eating berries in the tree. Alvaro and Carlos were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend the villas las Palmas. '

'Hotel Arte Natura is the kind of ‘hotel’ I love. It’s unique, quaint, quiet, and very walkable to local shops and restaurants. It’s about a mile west of the main downtown area with many restaurants only steps away, including one on site. The double room I booked was the perfect size for one person, but would have been a bit small for two platonic guests. It’s not because the room was small (which it is), but because of the size of the bed. You’d want to be sharing it with someone you plan to...

'Daniel and staff were the most hospitable! The place in a hidden gem. We travelled as a family of 10. Felt very safe. Great communication from the beginning. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order. The location was key. Easy access to hot springs and local restaurants. Oh and can’t forget the view of Arnel volcano - WOW! If you can book mountain view- do it! Breakfast was their typical meal and was delicious. We would definitely be back again!'
