'Amazing service, truly spectacular rooms, but the best is how it all blends into the natural environment- and every member of staff seems to truly appreciate this special environment and wants to share this with guests.'

'The most beautiful cabin I have ever stayed in. If you want magical volcano views this is the best place .'

'Great hotel and well organised external activities. would be nice to avoid (single use) plastic everywhere. Plastic straws should be a thing of the past.'

'Beautiful property. Large with several different location experiences. A world class location'

'Pools were excellent'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'Right at the foot steps of valcano…'

'Checking was easy and we felt welcomed by the staff. There is security everywhere so always felt very safe. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was fine but there was no handheld in the shower and the bathtub has a high ledge. They are very strict about their towels and are careful to explain we would be charged if any went missing. I get it, but the pool towels get wet quickly and never dry so I wasn’t exactly sure what to do with those. Parking was easy and free. The food at the...

'Heel gehorig met buren. Hoorde kuchen en praten. Nabij verbouw plaats'

'This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano.'

'Kamer met uitzicht op vulkaan Arenal. Zwembad was oké.

'The breakfast was really good had plenty of local options to choose from. Property itself is amazing especially the hot springs. They're the highlight. My wife and I spent a majority of stay soaking between the different hot springs and the pool area. Highly recommend!'

'Wij hadden gekozen voor all inclusive.

'Everything went great, and I like everything about the place. Beautiful place. The properties very clean. Safety, is Amazing. I Really recommend this place. ♥️🥰'
