'A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you...

'Amazing hotel to relax and enjoy the hot springs'

'Locatie is mooi en top uitzicht op de vulkaan. Restaurant en spa goed. Receptie vriendelijk maar maakte veel fout informeerde ons niet tav covid wijzigingen tav spa ook bleek onze tour niet goed te zijn doorgeven waardoor deze te laat starte. Kamer was eenvoudig toe aan onderhoud veel lawaai en geen blinderende gordijnen waardoor een goede nachtrust niet lukte uiteindelijke een dag eerder uitgecheckt vanwege dit alles. Niet het geldwaard!'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '

'Love the property. We stayed in building 6 (one of the 3 with a private hot tub on the patio). Had a small kitchen with dishes, a hot plate, and mini fridge. Most excursions will NOT pick up from this property, as it is out of the way. We had a rental car, so everything worked out. Driving to this location is not for the faint of heart. However, it is beautiful and private. Just what we were looking for. There is a small outdoor restaurant on sight. Service was a little slow and seemed focused...

'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...
