La propiedad tiene un mirador exclusivo hacia el volcán casi en las faldas del volcán y justo a unos 500m cuenta con un lago exclusivo en las faldas del volcán. He visitado otros hoteles cercanos y no cuentan con estas atracciones tan valiosas. El personal es siempre amable y servicial. Las piscinas muy bonitas, las aguas termales muy bien. 'Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Het uitzicht op de vulkaan vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. De hele omgeving was briljant. De kamer zelf was ruim, mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer goed. Heerlijke gerechten en zeet vriendelijke bediening. Wat ons betreft is dit een topper!'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'Helaas verbleven wij er maar kort (2nachten). Onze kamer was groot en had fantastisch uitzicht. Hotel is zeker een aanrader. Van alle luxe voorzien en de tuin met hotsprings is geweldig. Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken was de kwaliteit van het diner, opzich niks mis mee maar zou beter kunnen en het feit dat je een vervoer nodig hebt als je iets buiten het hotel wil doen savonds.'

'Prachtige locatie midden in natuurpark met niets tr vergelijken. Overal dieren en leuke excursies vanuit het park georganiseerd. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Onvergetelijke ervaring!!'

'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '
