« Very easy check in process. We loved the property and the location. It was an amazing trip and 6 days was not enough. It was a great extra touch having a Christmas Tree with lights. Our 2 small dogs loved it as well. The hot tub on the porch was super clean and in great shape, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was properly stocked and maintained. Everything was clean and amazing. »

« There is a reason this chalet has 5 stars and needs an extra star. We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas and the location is perfect in distance to Gatlinburg. Superbly decorated with high end appliances as well and a kitchen anyone would enjoy. The views are fantastic, we actually seen a small meteor come down one evening while in the hot tub. Pictures do not do this justice and would stay here in a heartbeat. Mike and Angela have superb communication and we even got a call on our way...

« We had a great stay! Very pleasantly surprised by the simple but comfortable amenities. The first night was very stormy and the wind had us concerned, but the next very calm night was very comfortable. Would recommend an outdoor light at the hot tub though. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. Will book again. »

« The carpet needs to be replaced in all the rooms, it is very spotted and nasty. In the bedroom facing the balcony there was a dead squirrel under the table. It had the entire cabin smelling. We had to buy candles and air fresheners to help rid the smell. The toilet downstairs needs to be checked, it flushes slow and stops up! The bathrooms on the first and second floor were nice. The beds were comfortable, but pillows were flat. We got to see several bears and that was nice! Nice area, but the...

« Wow, what a beautiful place! Within 15 minutes of getting there, we reached out to see if we could extend our stay. From the wood burning fireplace to the breathtaking views, it’s everything you would want in a relaxing getaway. Just be warned that the driveway is super tight and the road to get to the cabin is a super steep and windy mountain pass. We did our best to avoid driving at night. »
