Cottages in Ten Mile

'Beautiful property. We didn’t realize it was a tiny home from listing with no sitting space inside, but the porch provided that. We loved the goats and other animals. We also have a VRBO farm with shared space so we felt right at home. Thanks so much. '

'We loved the yurt! My kids really enjoyed the animals on the farm and playing with them. The interior was cute and simple, but worked for what we needed for a night.'

'Host was very quick with communication and very accommodating. The home is a tiny home, very cozy, and easy to maneuver through. The shower stall and getting into the loft help you remember you have rented a tiny house. If you’re taller than 5’6” it’s small. To get into the loft the use of the provided step stool to get up to the first ladder rung was needed. The ceiling is low enough up there that you’ll bump your head to sit up. BUT, the double bed is comfortable and cozy! There is a futon...

'Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the...

'This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

'My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. We didn't really want to leave! There were a few things we wish had been better. There was a bit of an ant issue on the...

'It was a good get away weekend. Very beautiful home and beautiful views! Would definitely come back again!'
