Everything was great however they tell you after you arrive and have already paid that there is state tax fees…… that should be included in the beginning we got there and there was more we had to pay for. It was only like 30 but still

Our overall 4 night stay in Kyoto at the Grand Monday was outstanding! From the Management team and to some of the staff (Vanesa, Muang, Thiri, etc.) and amenities were all amazing!
The hotel was very modern and very clean! Would definitely come back and stay there again.
