Located in one of the most beautiful streets in Tel Aviv, you can find this lovely apartment in Tel Avivian style building. While you can enjoy coming home to a part of the city’s heritage, the apartment’s interior is completely renovated to the latest standards. The atmosphere inside combines the freshness of the sea breeze along with modern appliances, featuring two bedrooms, a bright salon and an ample open kitchen. Last but not least, there is a wonderful big windows where you can enjoy a breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, take a 3 minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home.

There is a shelter room access at the ground floor, located at -1 (it's a miklat in hebrew).


The neighbourhood

Geula street leads all the way to the promenade and offers a fantastic view of the sea all the way along. Located in the old Yemenite quarter, you can stroll through smaller streets and appreciate the architecture of one of Tel Aviv’s first neighbourhoods. Take a 5 minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops.
