'We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. 'Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome .     "De eerste dag hadden we een kamer toegewezen waar s'nachts veel lawaai was door de airco of verwarmingsinstallatie naast de kamer. Daardoor hadden we heel slecht geslapen. De volgende dag kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen die heel goed was, ook ruimer en geen lawaai s'nachts. De manager en het personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en hartelijk. Het zwembad en spa zijn prima, goed verwarmd, water op ideale temperatuur, zalig. Ook perfecte ligging nabij het winkelcentrum. Een absolute aanrader prijs/kwaliteit!"
