« The only problems we had is the shampoo and body wash was empty and the heating doesn't come on until 8 pm so the room was cold to start with. But that's it . The team where excellent and good / was brilliant. Would stay here again »

Les chambres sont simples mais confortables avec un bon rapport qualité prix puisque nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes avec un grand lit et 2 lits superposés, ce qui nous est revenu moins cher que de prendre 2 chambres communicantes. Les petits déjeuners sont bien servis et le personnel est à l'écoute et prend le temps d'échanger avec vous. »

« We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
