« The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. There were plenty of towels, soap. Etc . The fenced backyard is a nice place to sit outside. The bathroom is very small. It wasn't a problem for us, but might be for some. The king bed is comfy, AC works great and while not on the island, the location is very convenient. Close to restaurants and stores and a quick drive to the beach. We got some nice shrimp from one of the many nearby fish markets. Covered parking is a big plus. The...

« We had a great fun filled vacation week at Holden Beach. The entire family enjoyed Frank's Folly. Clean house, great ;location, spacious for our family. Hopefully we can stay again next year when 2024 schedule is available! »

« We loved the property and even from second row the view was nice. The only real issue we had is the outdoor spicket to rinse off feet didn’t work and maybe just a few more towels but you do have a washer and dryer so…. We really enjoyed the space, TVs in every room, books, and monopoly game was a nice touch. Balcony on both sides of the house. The wood on those may need to be replaced in a couple of years. « The Ausley II is a FANTASTIC house. It’s stocked with all the extras in the kitchen, appropriate number of towel bars and hooks in the bathroom. The best part is is that it’s has its own private beach access directly across the street. 5 out of 5 stars! »

« House was very clean. My two beagles enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for me, my son and his girlfriend and two dogs. I was kind of glad that my parents and grandfather couldn’t make it to this one. The only inside stairs are a very tight spiral staircase and the outside stairs would have been too much for them as well. I’d stay here again but would not recommend for the elderly. »
